An exciting new historical deck from Italian card maker Lo Scarabeo: The Book of Thoth (Livre de Thot): Etteilla Tarot was originally created by the French occultist Jean-Baptiste Alliette (1738–1791), better known by his pseudonym Etteilla (his surname spelled backwards).
It is one of the earliest modern esoteric tarot systems designed specifically for divination. Etteilla’s original deck (engraved by Pierre-François Basan) was the first tarot created explicitly for occult and divinatory use rather than gaming. It is the foundational cornerstone of tarot.
Please note that the Book of Thoth is distinct from both traditional Tarot de Marseille game decks and the later Aleister Crowley Book of Thoth (which shares the name but is a completely different 20th-century creation influenced by the Golden Dawn).
The included guidebooks for most Lo Scarabeo decks are in five languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German.

How do you ship? Can I upgrade shipping?
I ship via USPS First Class by default. For faster delivery times, you can upgrade to Priority mail at checkout.
I put the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change it?
No problem, but please contact us BEFORE your order ships to update the address. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address is correct. Once your items ships, we cannot cancel the shipment or cover the cost of lost/stolen packages, nor can we interfere with USPS if the tracking information shows it's been delivered/in-transit. If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable", we will process a refund minus shipping fees.
