When will my order ship?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship worldwide from California in 1-2 business days via USPS First Class. Made-to-order items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Please see product listing for specific shipping times.

Do you accept returns?
I happily accept returns of unused products within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

There is a problem with my order, what should I do?
Aw no! Please contact me directly if you have any issue with your order and I'll make it right asap.

Do you accept cancellations?
I happily accept cancellations before the item has shipped (typically within 24 hours). Please note that shipping information cannot be modified once shipped.
