How quickly do you ship?

How do you ship? Can I upgrade shipping?
I ship via USPS First Class by default. For faster delivery times, you can upgrade to Priority mail at checkout.
I put the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change it?
No problem, but please contact us BEFORE your order ships to update the address. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address is correct. Once your items ships, we cannot cancel the shipment or cover the cost of lost/stolen packages, nor can we interfere with USPS if the tracking information shows it's been delivered/in-transit. If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable", we will process a refund minus shipping fees.

This shop is my go-to for pen refills. I love these gel pen refills and they can go ages. They refills have little caps on them, too, which keeps them nice and fresh.

So glad I was able to find refills for this type of pen. I've never been able to find them in office upply stores, and I ended up throwing most of my really cute pens away because I had mostly given up on being able to find refills. Very glad that I can start keeping them now!
